Job Summary - Keep Amos system updated with daily reports of orders of services, audit recommendations, regulations and procedures of manufacturers. - Generate new orders of service for corrective maintenance (CM) of the orders given by the service of preventive maintenance (PM) or other requests. - Include and update the major activities in Amos as major events of commissioning, repairs involving labor than the team of board, pending the project, assistance to commissioning and construction. - Create and maintain a plan for long period (5 years) involving the major PM's (1 year 2 years 3 years ... 5 years including provision of materials if applicable), Certifications (ABS, ISO, etc ... , DPC Inspections - Port Authority, Navy, ANP, FEDERAL POLICE - PETROBRAS - IBAMA) and other Brazilian authorities) - Develop separate detailed plans - with 90 days in advance - for large activities such as service stops and mini-parades, inspection of tanks, inspection of cargo handling equipment, services NR13, overhaul of PSV's, deck and reforms painting. - Coordination of work on board Permissions - Keep updated the Plan of Action related to all outstanding issues as MOC, Requests, Comments from inspectors of IPS / Navy, services planned for the future, claims ... - Act as administrative support of IOM and the team on the ground - Remain familiar with the policy of Health, Safety and Environment and understand the obligations for pre response to emergencies. - Ensure that all work is to be implemented in safe and responsible manner and in accordance with the requirements of security and corporate management system, safeguarding the welfare of himself and all on board. - Attend meetings of safety when required and participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents. - Ensure that all personnel: Are familiar with HS&E policies; Understand their emergency response duties and companie's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities. Requirements: - Technical Degree and Engineer Bachelor or in related areas - Fluent English - Strong experience as Planner in Oil and Gas companies
